Dear Brothers,
I would like to thank all those who encouraged me to seek election as your Grand Knight. I have only been a Knight for three and a half years, and following our last two Grand knights Jamie Setteducato and Jack Fitzpatrick is intimidating to say the least. Since they are the only two Grand Knights I've been able to observe I will no doubt seek to emulate the fine example they have provided. Although I have only seen two active Grand Knights I have been fortunate to have met twelve Past Grand Knights from our council and all twelve were at the meeting that held on June 3rd. This was very encouraging to me especially since they all wished me well and more importantly offered me any guidance I may need.
Once again I'd like to thank Jack Fitzpatrick for the incredible job he did as our Grand Knight. I'd also like to thak Richie Shenton for being my sponser and setting me on this path. I thank all of you for having the confidence in me to elect me this honorable post. And finally I thank my wif and son who gave me their blessing to serve you.
